WASHINGTON (Reuters) - La Oficina Federal de Investigaciones (FBI) pidió el martes al Congreso de Estados Unidos que le confiera nuevos poderes para obtener datos privados o incautar negocios, de manera que pueda investigar actividades terroristas sin tener que pedir permiso a un juez.
